Ketel One

Late night coffee.

Dutch Coffee or Cold Dripped/Brewed Coffee is a preparation method for which coffee is filtered cold over a long period of time. The new Ketel One innovation uses vodka instead of water. The coffee infused with Vodka is served pure or as a cocktail with milk.

The principle is similar to that of a laboratory stand where various components can be fixed. The user can adjust via settings the amount of vodka, which drips into the filter and thus the strength of the coffee. The brewing time is 4-6 hours for 700ml.

The prototype consists of copper pipes and lacquered plywood. The construction is self-standing by its design. It does not require any screws or tools and is built up quickly and ready for use.
